If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

By placing an order with RareVoid, you agree to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other store policies posted on this site.

Because many items sold by RareVoid are collectible, sealed, limited, seasonal, or market-sensitive, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

Please review our posted policies before completing your purchase.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Approved cancellations for in-stock items may be subject to a 5% cancellation or restocking fee.

Approved cancellations for preorder items may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee if requested within the allowed cancellation window stated in our Refund Policy.

Once an order has been marked in transit by the carrier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, missed delivery windows, routing disruptions, customs issues, porch piracy, or incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

Responsibility for an order may transfer once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided.

Signature confirmation may be used at our discretion on certain orders.

9. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, bots, or parties attempting to exploit inventory, promotions, or pricing.

14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact us first and give us a fair opportunity to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle you to a refund. RareVoid reserves the right to contest disputes using order records, checkout records, communication history, tracking, delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, photos, and any other relevant documentation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RareVoid and its affiliates, owners, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
